Size Swaps

Before ordering, please reference our sizing chart carefully — we size by cup size, not true to size and our chart is the most accurate way to find your fit. We cannot provide you a size exchange if you have not ordered your correct size according to the sizing chart. 

If you ordered a size that differs from your chart recommendation, we're unable to offer a free exchange — but we're always happy to help you find the right fit before you order. Email us at support@zynura.com before purchasing if you're unsure.

Refunds

Please note: refunds are not available for sizing issues where the incorrect size was ordered against our chart recommendation.
If you are unhappy with the product, we can send you a 30% refund on the full price of your order, and you can keep the product to use forever.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of every EasyFeed. If you receive an item that's damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at support@zynura.com. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
